About Nadir Ali & CO.

It all started in 1885 when Ali, a musician in the British Army, and his cousin Imam Baksh decided to Import Brass Instruments. They succeeded in that and started manufacturing these instruments by starting a factory at Jali Kothi(Kothi Atanas) around 1911. They tasted immense success in this venture which grew with time. The Factory was named Nadir Ali & Co. and it is spread around 4500 sq. Yds. And employs around 80 people. All the work from cutting the design out of brass sheet to polishing, making assembling, and packing of instruments is done here.

The company got into Joint Venture with Boosey & Hawkes in 1997 a 150 years old British Company and started a big manufacturing and Export Unit in Gulaothi, Distt. Bulandshashr. We have supplied instruments via our Joint Venture to Armies of Approximately 150 countries.

Instruments have been supplied to American presidents Band the Fan Fare Trumpet to the U.S. Corps, The Buckingham Palace, the King of Saudia Arabia, the King of Jordan.
